Mmm, Caesar salad! It’s one of our family’s favorites. And today I’m gonna share the best Caesar salad dressing recipe ever!
Honestly you will NEVER believe that this Caesar salad dressing is completely dairy (and fish) free!
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp HP Sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- fresh pepper to taste
- Peel and crush garlic cloves.
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup and whisk together until mixed thoroughly.
- Serve as a dip or dressing!
