Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 2 tsp red curry paste
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Measure and mix all ingredients in a glass measuring cup.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Stir and serve over veggies, chicken or rice.
