Have you ever had fried pickles? Deep fried pickles with Ranch dip? So tasty! But so not good for you. Not healthy (hello! deep fried!) and certainly not gluten free. So I made these und-fried fried pickles to satisfy a dill pickle craving {no, not what you think – I just LOVE dill pickles!} and they’re healthier and can be made gluten free.
