No matter what time of year it is, this delicious pumpkin spice smoothie makes a great snack or breakfast idea!
It's quick, easy and very yummy.
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree canned or fresh but not pumpkin pie filling
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 4-6 ice cubes
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
You can use pumpkin pie spice mix if you have it on hand instead of the individual spices listed.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
