A staple in our house, this coconut sticky rice is super simple to make – and crazy delicious as a side with a number of dishes!
I’m not sure when it happened. Maybe a year or so ago? But at some point in recent months, this coconut sticky rice recipe became a regular staple in our diet. A repeat side dish so easy that every one of us can make it – and it just happens to go with so many main dishes! Like our Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry and our Mango Cashew Chicken recipes!
Made with a Pampered Chef Rice Cooker and only two ingredients, it’s no wonder it’s simple! Of course, if you don’t have a rice cooker like this one, you could adapt the recipe to suit your rice cooking style too.
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 3 cups coconut milk
- Add ingredients to the Pampered Chef Rice Cooker. Stir.
- Microwave on high for 12 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
Adjust microwave cooking times based on the amount of rice you're making and your own microwave strength.
