It’s BBQ season again finally and today I’m sharing a super simple BBQ grilled vegetable side dish!
How to Make BBQ Grilled Vegetables
Healthy and simple to make these BBQ grilled vegetables are delicious paired with almost any barbecued meat including chicken, steak, and fish!

Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed FRESH vegetables (mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, carrots, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, etc.)
- ½ red onion
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Directions
- Cut vegetables of choice into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice onions.
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a greased BBQ pan.
- Grill on low for about 15 minutes, stirring to grill evenly.
- Serve immediately.
