It’s quick, easy and healthy!
And it tastes good too, if I do say so myself!
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries, any type
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass.
You can even use frozen bananas if you didn’t quite get to your bananas in time. (Black bananas are frozen frequently around here.)
