Many of you visited our Christmas Home Tour last week so you know that we’re happily going with lots of traditional reds for our holiday decor again this year.

A VINTAGE STYLE RED AND WHITE CHRISTMAS KITCHEN

JOY IN THE KITCHEN

Even for the Christmas touches in our white kitchen, I wanted to keep everything clean and vintage-looking. But I didn’t have a lot of “kitchen-y” decor in red, so I did a little online shopping at World Market.*

I adore classics like striped towels and linen napkins.

A mini chalkboard easel doesn’t hurt either.

And the second I saw this red batter bowl – I was smitten!

This post was generously sponsored by World Market – they provided shop credit and I chose the super fun and stylish items you see in my kitchen. 🙂
* P.S. Some of you have asked how I – being in Canada – got World Market items here. I know some friends near the border drive across and still others get things shipped to family and friends who live in the U.S. who then ship to them. But here’s my secret to ordering things from U.S. companies that don’t ship to Canada: I have a U.S. mailing address with myus.com. Basically I fill out my U.S. address and then ship it from there to here. It does cost money to ship to me, but I try to take advantage of free shipping within the U.S. at online retailers (so free from retailer to U.S. address then I pay from U.S. address to my house). Then I’m only paying for shipping once. There also may be taxes and customs added at the border. So, long story short, I only use the service when I REALLY want something but it’s handy-dandy to have!
