There’s nothing quite like lemonade on a hot summer day…unless it’s homemade Pink Lemonade Sorbet!
Summer is such a welcome season after a long winter. But even in the dog days of summer, the most grateful of us can start to whine and complain that it’s too hot. That’s when you know it’s time to make a batch of this pink lemonade sorbet to scoop and enjoy!

Thanks, Miz Helen!
This looks amazing and I’m eager to try it! Do you use pink lemonade mix that already has sugar in it (like the canister of Country Time Pink Lemonade), or unsweetened powder (like Kool-aid packets)? Thanks!
That would depend on how sweet you’d like the sorbet to be! 🙂 Your choice! Play around with it to see which you like best!
