  1. Hi Shannon. Love your banner. I’m a sewer so I’ve started to use my little left over bits to make banners. I make mine double sided as I always imagine them outside flapping in the breeze and I use my mother’s pinking scissors to give them a fancy edge. Banners are great fun gifts. My grand-nieces love the pink and purple one I made them.

  2. oh that is cute! I love your mantel too! A little jealous too :o) I’m currently hosting a Sewing series called Sew Many Books.. I’d love for you to come over and check it out! EMily @nap-timecreations.com

  3. They are the cutest banners and I love that mantel too!! I am currently making over a 70’s Franklin Caravan and I’m looking for a bunting…thank you!! I may just have time to make one myself! xxx Erin. 🙂

  4. I’ve been making paper banners this week (although I’ve done that too; but I sewed and turned the pennants so there weren’t any raw edges)! Banners seem to be popular this week. 🙂

  5. I love pennants and banners too! I’ve just recently found my love for them but I don’t have any in my house. I’ve got to figure out a way to make them not so “girly” according to my husband 🙂 I also love using hot glue, it works for literally everything! I would love it if you would come link this up to my linky party some time, I’m sure my readers would love something super simple for their next project!!
