- 3 slices Roma tomatoes

02| Season and cook the flatbread. Mix crushed garlic and oil together. Brush flatbread with mixture and place on a baking sheet in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 5 mins to crisp up.
03| Assemble your pizza. Remove the flatbread from the oven. Place slices of cheese and tomatoes on flatbread. Add chopped chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
04| Bake the assembled pizzas. Place back in the oven for another 5 mins plus an extra 2-3 mins on broil. Watch bread carefully so it doesn’t burn.
05| Garnish the pizzas. Mix balsamic vinegar with oil and garlic mixture. Chop basil leaves. Take flatbread out of the oven, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar mixture. Sprinkle with basil. Slice and serve!
