And the best part? You can use a different variety of mushrooms and still get that awesome flavor! Baby Bella’s are a great mushroom to use as they really seem to soak up that garlic flavor. And if you’re more of a fan of the white button, those work awesome as well!
In less than 20 minutes, start to finish, you can have an awesome dish packed full of taste bud approved flavors. And more than likely, you have every one of these ingredients in your house already!
Garlic Roasted Mushrooms
If you are a lover of all things mushrooms, this Garlic Roasted Mushroom recipe is the flavor that you've been waiting for. It's the perfect side dish for chicken or steak!
Ingredients
- 8 oz white button mushrooms or baby Bella mushrooms, rinsed or wiped off
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Melt butter with garlic in a small microwavable dish.
- Pour 1/2 of the butter onto a baking pan.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan.
- Pour the remaining butter over top of the mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Notes
Serve as a side dish to grilled chicken or steak.
