Garlic Roasted Mushrooms

- 8 oz white button mushrooms or baby Bella mushrooms rinsed or wiped off
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Melt butter with garlic in a small microwavable dish.
- Pour 1/2 of the butter onto a baking pan.
Add the mushrooms to the pan.
Pour the remaining butter over top of the mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Serve as a side dish to grilled chicken or steak.
