For every holiday and change of season, we create new table settings. We do this both for our own family and friends to enjoy. But we also do it to hopefully inspire you to create beautiful tablescapes of your own, in your own home. With that said, we bring you our farmhouse Christmas table setting plus 5 more farmhouse holiday table ideas.
Our Farmhouse Christmas Table
This year for our Christmas table, we used many of the same pieces we’ve used before – our white beaded dishes, wood scroll chargers and white and stainless flatware. But we added in just a couple of new items that make our table setting completely new.

The first and major addition is this table cloth from H&M Home. It’s available in both the U.S. and Canada, which makes it a great choice for all of our readers! It’s not over-the-top-Christmasy, but adds just a bit of detail that look festive. The dark grey seems to be harder to find now, but there’s also a red version and a green version available.

Of course we added this ‘giant’ reindeer figure from Michaels, as a centerpiece. I had originally purchased him thinking I’d put him on the sofa table behind the couch. But he just didn’t work there. He spent a little time in front of the fireplace, but found it a little too warm! So he’s settled here for the season.
And no Christmas table setting would be complete without candles and a little greenery.
Tip: Mix fresh and faux greenery for a fuller and more natural look than just faux greenery alone!

Looks Amazing !!!
Thank you, Nancy!
That reindeer is amazing!! I’m sure that’s one piece you’ll be using for years to come!
Where did this reindeer come from? I couldn’t find a link to show.
It came from Michaels Stores. Unfortunately there’s isn’t a link.
Would you be willing to help me find one? I looked on their website and wasn’t able to find one ?
They are in store again now – at least they are in Canada.
Looks fantastic!
Thank you! xo

Hi Shannon, just discovered your blog. Really like your style! Was wondering where you got your dining room table? thanks.
Thank you! The table is from Restoration Hardware. We love the shape and size, but I had to add a coating to it to protect it.
