Decorating a dining room hutch for Christmas is one of the easiest ways to bring a little Holiday decor into a space. Our dining room hutch is one of my favorite spaces to decorate each season.
Sometimes I fill it to the brim.
At other times it’s a little more sparse.
This Christmas I just added a few bits of fake greenery…
A little faux snow…
And all the sparkly glasses and serve-ware that needs to be stored inside.
Which makes for pretty, but simple, Christmas hutch decorating.
Tips for Decorating a Dining Room Hutch for Christmas:
- Carry your color scheme into the hutch by adding a few ornaments gathered in a bowl.
- Use epsom salts as fake snow and glittery white ornaments (with their hanger hidden) to mimic snowballs.
- Get striped paper straws to match your color scheme and add them to glasses already stored in the hutch.
- Add faux greenery in the form of bottle brush trees or mini Christmas trees inside and a faux greenery garland outside the hutch.
